Returns and Refund Policy

At SSC Events Management Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional events and services. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Event Ticket Refunds

a. Cancellation by the Client:

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at ssceventsmanagement@gmail.com.

  • Refunds will be provided as follows:

    • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the event.

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event.

b. Rescheduled Events:

  • In the event that we reschedule an event, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a 50% refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

c. Event Cancellations by SSC Events Management:

  • If we cancel an event, you will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Product Refunds (for any physical products associated with events)

a. Returns Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued at 50% of the product's purchase price.

b. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact us at ssceventsmanagement@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

c. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits made for event planning services.

  • Deposit Tickets

  • Any services rendered prior to the cancellation request.

4. Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at ssceventsmanagement@gmail.com at least 14 days before the event to process the transfer.

5. How to Request a Refund

For all refund requests, email us at ssceventsmanagement@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name

  • Event or product details

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Order or booking number

6. Changes to This Policy

SSC Events Management Limited reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
