Event Tickets

Cancellation by Attendees

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at sscmanagement@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the event.

Cancellation by Organizers

If the event is canceled by us, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund.

Products and Merchandise

Refunds are available for physical merchandise returned in unused and original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed upon proof of the issue, which must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

Digital products, including eBooks, courses, and affirmation decks, are non-refundable once delivered.

Accommodation Packages
